Our conveyancing charge is $775.00 which includes our fee, disbursements, and the following searches

1. Section 603 Certificate - council rates
2. Section 66 Certificate - water rates
3. Section 47 Certificate – land tax

 We will peruse the contract on your behalf and negotiate any changes to the contract therein prior to exchange of contracts. If the matter does not proceed to exchange of contracts we will not charge for this service.

You will not need to attend our offices, all your enquiries will be answered promptly and professionally by email or telephone. All documentation will be forwarded to you by express mail and you will be provided with return envelopes for the safe return of documents.

Our conveyancing fee of $775.00 plus GST, will be payable at settlement.
