How to sell property in NSW
Our conveyancing charge is $775.00 plus GST which
includes our fee, and the following disbursements which
are required for the Contract of Sale:
1. Title searches
2. Section 149 Certificate
3. Sewerage Diagram |
As your property may take some time to
sell we require a part payment of $300.00 to be paid once we
have prepared and forwarded the contract of sale. The balance
of $475.00 will be payable at settlement.
You will not need to attend our offices all documentation will
be forwarded to you by express mail and you will be provided
with return envelopes for the safe return of documents.
All your queries will be answered promptly and professionally
by email or telephone. |

abovementioned in respect of the sale of the abovementioned
property and to do such things as are proper and necessary for
the conduct and settlement of the sale of the property.
I/We hereby agree to pay all fees in respect of acting on the
sale of the property in the amount of $800.00 without further
agreement.
The aforementioned fees are payable in the following manner:
1. $300.00 on delivery of contract of sale
2. the balance on or before completion
